Chelsea Fc will sign Guiu to a Six-year contract. He will be playing in the first team under Coach Enzo Maresca. Barcelona wanted to keep him, but Guiu chose to join Chelsea and play in the Premier League. Fans are excited to see how he will do in his new team and league.

Brighton and Leicester City have agreed on a player swap deal. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall will join Brighton, and Jakub Moder will go to Leicester. Both players have their medical exams already booked, and Moder has agreed to the move. But things got interesting when Chelsea asked about Dewsbury-Hall. Chelsea has made it clear that they have no intention of letting Carney Chukwuemeka leave on loan. The club is very happy with Carney and values his contributions to the team. The only way Carney might leave Chelsea is through a permanent transfer, but only if a good proposal comes in.

Omari Hutchinson is set to join Ipswich Town on a permanent deal from Chelsea. The agreement is in place for a fee of around £22 million, including add-ons, as expected. Chelsea will not have a buy-back clause in the deal, but there will be a sell-on clause included. This means Chelsea will benefit from any future sale of Hutchinson by Ipswich Town.

Ian Maatsen has joined Aston Villa from Chelsea in a deal worth £37.5 million. This is the biggest cash fee in the summer transfer window so far .Maatsen has signed a contract with Aston Villa that lasts until June 2030. His agent, Ali Barat of Epic Sports, negotiated the deal. Aston Villa had made Maatsen a key target after his excellent loan spell at Borussia Dortmund. 

Following Ian Maatsen's move to Aston Villa, Chelsea is set to announce the signing of Omari Kellyman from Aston Villa. Chelsea has included a sell-on clause of around 25% in the deal with Ipswich Town for Omari Hutchinson. This means that if Ipswich sells Hutchinson in the future, Chelsea will get 25% of the sale price. Additionally, Chelsea has secured matching rights, giving them the chance to match any future offers for Hutchinson. However, the final decision will be up to the player. Arsenal will also benefit from this deal, receiving around 15-20% of the £22.5 million fee (including add-ons) due to a previous agreement.

Chelsea is close to finalizing a deal for Aaron Anselmino after contacting Boca Juniors last night. The agreement is in its final stages, with personal terms already agreed upon for a six-year contract.
